Next week, the IIC Italy Chapter will be hosting a webinar to shed some light on the crucial issues related to digital package enforcement, such as the relationship and interactions of the new rules with other pieces of legislation, particularly competition law and electronic communications regulation and the roles and actual vertical interdependencies between the EU and national institutions.
The webinar debate will be introduced by presenting a recently published book about “Regulating Digital Markets”, authored by IIC Italy Chapter members, Antonio Manganelli and Antonio Nicita.
